What's New for 2023
This year, Universal Orlando Resort's Mardi Gras celebration is bigger and better than ever before. In addition to the traditional parade and concerts, there will also be a new Mardi Gras Hits booth at the 2023 Universal's Mardi Gras at Universal Studios Florida. The booth will feature food and drinks inspired by the hit Mardi Gras songs, such as "When the Saints Go Marching In" and "La Vie en Rose."
Food and Drinks
There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks to enjoy during Mardi Gras at Universal Orlando Resort. At the Mardi Gras Hits booth, you can find dishes like the King Cake Funnel Cake and the Gumbo Jambalaya. You can also find Mardi Gras-themed food at other locations throughout the resort, such as the French Quarter Courtyard at Universal Studios Florida and the Mythos Restaurant at Islands of Adventure.
Concerts
A variety of live concerts will be held throughout the Mardi Gras celebration. The concerts will feature a mix of genres, including rock, pop, and country. Some of the artists performing this year include Pitbull, Nelly, and Lauren Daigle.
Parade
The Mardi Gras parade is a must-see attraction during the celebration. The parade features colorful floats, costumed performers, and live music. The parade takes place nightly at 8:30pm at Universal Studios Florida.
